IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION (Grades 3 to 8 Only)

All athletes in grades 3 to 8 must attend tryouts.

During tryout week, athletes will be grouped by grade and evaluated. Based on the results, students will be placed in either the Beginner or Intermediate group.

Refund Policy Notice: Please note that all program fees are nonrefundable. If a participant is unable to take part in the selected sport, the paid fee may be applied as a credit toward any other Union City Youth Sports program. No cash refunds will be issued.

What programs do you offer?

We offer baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and track & field for Union City youth.

How much does it cost to register?

Registration is $75 per child, per season.

How do I register my child?

You can register online or in person at Edison School, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What ages can participate?

Programs are open to Union City youth of varying ages. Age groups may differ depending on the sport.

Where do practices and games take place?

Most practices and games are held at Union City schools and local fields. Specific locations are shared once registration is complete.

Do you provide uniforms or equipment?

Players may need to bring personal equipment depending on the sport.
